About The Role
We are seeking a highly capable leader to establish and lead a contemporary, enterprise-wide sourcing function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for unifying procurement and category management, delivering sustainable commercial value, and strengthening supply resilience across the organisation.
This role will suit a leader who thrives in complexity and change and can simplify, bring clarity, and build a high performing team that delivers sustainable, measurable outcomes.
You will lead the implementation of an integrated sourcing operating model that aligns to existing enterprise strategy and enables effective program delivery. You will oversee high value and high-risk sourcing activities, uphold strong governance and probity standards, and drive consistent, commercially sound decision making across the business.
A key focus will be leading cultural and capability uplift by moving teams toward a more accountable, collaborative, and performance driven way of working. You will also play a critical role in strengthening supplier engagement and market strategy to unlock innovation and long-term value.

About You
You are a senior procurement and sourcing leader with a track record of shaping enterprise‑wide sourcing strategy, uplifting capability and delivering strong commercial outcomes in complex, regulated environments. You bring the confidence, judgement and influence needed to lead cultural transformation, unify teams and embed a high‑performing, commercially focused operating model.
You Will Bring
- Senior procurement leadership - Extensive experience leading sourcing, procurement or supply chain transformation in complex organisations.
- Operating model design - Proven ability to integrate procurement, purchasing and category management into a cohesive enterprise sourcing model.
- Commercial and contractual acumen - Strong track record delivering enterprise value through sourcing strategy, supplier engagement and negotiation.
- Cultural transformation capability - Experience in developing capability, correcting legacy practices and embedding accountability and continuous improvement.
- Governance and probity expertise - Deep understanding of procurement governance, compliance and regulated operating environments.
- Executive‑level influence - Ability to build trusted relationships, manage complex stakeholders and shape enterprise decision‑making.
- Relevant qualifications - Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Supply Chain or a related discipline (postgraduate desirable).
