Your New Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive to take full responsibility for the delivery of engineering operations, manufacturing, pre-construction, delivery and corporate services. The successful candidate will be a highly visible and hands-on leader capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution. You will drive business performance, develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure the company remains a trusted partner to its customers while maintaining strong financial results. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encourage innovation, develop organisational capability and provide mentoring and support to ensure leadership talent continues to grow throughout the business.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal candidate will ideally possess at least 10 years of experience in executive leadership position within engineering, construction or infrastructure environment together with a relevant tertiary qualification. You will bring a strong understanding of project delivery in industrial production, supply chain management and workplace safety practices, combined with well-developed commercial and financial management capabilities.
