Our Innovations & Beliefs

Regulation is Everyone's Responsibility

At Bloom, we believe regulation and connection aren't the responsibility of one profession alone.

Our Speech Pathologists have a strong understanding of sensory regulation and regularly incorporate sensory-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approaches into therapy. We understand that communication, participation and learning are closely linked to regulation.

We're excited to welcome an Occupational Therapist who can strengthen this knowledge, share their expertise and work alongside us.

Evidence-Based Practice

We value evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.

Regular case discussions, collaboration and professional development help us continue growing as clinicians.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice

Our approach is relationship-based, strengths-focused and neurodiversity-affirming.

We value working alongside children and families in ways that respect individual differences and support meaningful participation.

Culture at Our Core

We're a small team that enjoys working together.

We ask questions, share resources, celebrate wins and support each other through the trickier sessions.

Our goal is simple: to create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

Located in the heart of Footscray, our clinic is within walking distance of Footscray Station, Middle Footscray Station, Tram 82 and several bus routes.

We also provide onsite car and bike parking.
