As a Goodstart Educator, you'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver engaging, high-quality learning programs while fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

About The Role
As an Educator at Goodstart Griffin, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
In This Role, You'll
Create engaging learning experiences that support children's growth and development
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What you'll bring
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
