The Opportunity

As a Strata Loss Adjuster, you will manage property claims from assessment through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Strata site inspections and damage assessments
  • Determining the cause and extent of property damage
  • Appointing and coordinating trades and technical specialists
  • Communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors
  • Preparing professional reports and claim documentation
  • Managing claims to ensure timely and positive outcomes for customers

This role combines technical property knowledge, problem solving, and customer service.
