The Opportunity
As a Strata Loss Adjuster, you will manage property claims from assessment through to resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Strata site inspections and damage assessments
- Determining the cause and extent of property damage
- Appointing and coordinating trades and technical specialists
- Communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors
- Preparing professional reports and claim documentation
- Managing claims to ensure timely and positive outcomes for customers
This role combines technical property knowledge, problem solving, and customer service.

- Loss adjusting or insurance claims
- Broking as a Claims Handler
