We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their high-performing People & Culture team.

The Opportunity Supporting a busy recruitment function, you'll play a key role in coordinating recruitment administration, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee and candidate records. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive recruitment experience from offer through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee and contractor records across HR systems
• Provide recruitment administration support throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Respond to candidate and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with internal employee movements and general TA administration
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and administration

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or HR Administration
• Previous experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Experience using ATS or HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors experience is highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
