We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide a high level of administrative and customer service support to one of our award winning agents and their team. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door of the real estate industry and gain experience from our high performing agent.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Organising and managing the administrative aspects of appraisal and sales process
- Liaising and managing relationships with external stakeholders during the property transaction
- Attending appointments at properties
- Diary management and appointment booking
- Providing a high level of customer service to valued clients
- Implementing marketing strategies and enhancing community engagement activity
Skills & Experience
- High level of organisation
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail when completing or being handed tasks
- Professional phone manner and customer service
- High level of personal presentation
