At Transurban, we're building smarter, safer and more sustainable roads-and we're inviting you to be part of that journey. Our graduate program is designed to develop future talent through tailored, in-depth experience within our business

What does Transurban's Journey into the Future mean for you?

The 2027 Graduate Program is an 18-month rotational experience commencing in January 2027.

We offer exciting opportunities for graduates in Technology, Data, AI and Digital Marketing.

You'll be hired directly into a stream aligned to your skills, interests and degree, with the opportunity to rotate across multiple teams within that area to broaden your experience and build your network.

As part of the program, you'll join a supportive team environment where you'll collaborate across the business, be guided by a dedicated coach and buddy, connect with senior leaders and technical specialists, and participate in a range of cohort-based learning and social activities.

Bring your adaptability, curiosity and critical thinking skills to help solve real-world challenges and deliver projects that make a meaningful impact on our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, leverage data and AI, and contribute to shaping the future of connected mobility.
