We're looking for a Support Analyst to join our Brisbane-based team and focus on our Enterprise Cash Receipting product. TechnologyOne Electronic Cash Receipting (ECR ) simplifies and streamlines the collection, processing and reconciliation of customer payments. Our ECR solution provides a secure, integrated platform that automates payment processing across multiple channels, enabling organisations to improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls and deliver a seamless payment experience.

By replacing multiple payment systems with a single, easy-to-use solution, ECR reduces manual effort, improves accuracy and supports secure payment processing across online, over-the-counter and agency channels. With flexible payment options and a modern user experience, organisations can enhance customer service while delivering faster, more efficient financial operations.

What you'll be doing…

As a Support Analyst (Enterprise Cash Receipting), you will be the primary contact for our customers to ensure a great experience post-product onboarding.

• Owning and resolving assigned ECR-related customer issues and questions in a timely manner.

• Understanding customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, and provide alternate solutions to customer issues.

• Creating knowledge base articles improves first call resolution and helps customers self-serve.

• Providing a compelling customer experience on every customer interaction to make our customers feel valued and important.

Your Talents…

• ECR experience, Supply Chain Management experience ideally within industries such as local government, utilities, infrastructure.
• Experience with TechnologyOne's Enterprise Cash Receipting software would be highly regarded.
• Customer centric - as a customer service professional you have a passion to deliver a compelling customer experience at every interaction. You thrive on taking a solution-based approach when analysing and resolving complex customer issues.

• Someone who loves dealing with people and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• A background with ERP systems would be highly regarded.
