About The Role
Join the People Operations team on a 12-month contract supporting the delivery of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, accurate HR processes and supporting key annual programs. You will work closely with leaders, employees, and People teams to resolve queries, improve workflows, and enhance experience outcomes. Your work will contribute to consistent and effective HR service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes for employees and leaders
- Respond to escalated queries and provide clear guidance across HR processes to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate people data in the HR system, including updates that impact pay, leave, and employment records
- Support cyclical HR programs such as performance, reward and talent reviews, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment
- Analyse data and identify discrepancies to provide informed recommendations and improve process accuracy
- Collaborate with People teams to streamline workflows and improve operational performance and service delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a customer-focused, HR or administrative environment, applying attention to detail and process discipline in daily work
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide employees and leaders through HR processes and uplift self-service capabilities
- Clear written and verbal communication, used to explain complex information in a simple way
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Exposure to HR processes or studies in HR or business, with a willingness to continue learning and developing capability
