Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Technology Portfolio on a permanent basis. In this role, you will manage organisational change across Technology.

You will work closely with Technology, Customer and member facing teams to ensure these changes land effectively and sustainably across the business.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help bring technology change to life across the business — making it clear, practical and easy for people to adopt.

• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for technology projects and initiatives
• Design and deliver communication plans that demystify technology change — making changes feel accessible, relevant, and versatile
• Manage the change for AI tool deployments across business units, including productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot), intelligent automation, and member-facing AI capabilities
• Partner with leaders, project teams and frontline colleagues to understand impacts, remove barriers and build confidence
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to create scalable, engaging training assets — including quick-reference guides, video walkthroughs, e-learning modules, and peer champion networks
• Track adoption, share insights and keep improving how technology change lands across the organisation
• Design and built SharePoint intranet sites from scratch, including site architecture, page layouts, navigation structures, and permission settings to support effective team collaboration
• Develop and maintain SharePoint communication sites to house change and project resources, ensuring content was current, easy to navigate, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders

About you

• Experienced in leading organisational change across technology, transformation, AI or enterprise system rollouts
• Confident turning complex technical change into simple, engaging messages, plans and learning support
• Skilled at bringing people on the journey — managing resistance, building confidence and driving adoption
• A natural stakeholder partner who can influence across project teams, leaders and frontline business groups
• Comfortable working with AI, automation, Microsoft 365/Copilot or other digital productivity tools
• Pragmatic, emotionally intelligent and able to right-size change plans in a complex, regulated environment
