Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology infrastructure delivery to lead the Technology Stream within a major Office Move Program.
Experience And Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager delivering large-scale infrastructure, workplace technology, network and data centre projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex office relocations, workplace transformations or large infrastructure deployments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise networking and SD-WAN technologies.
- End User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Infrastructure procurement and supply chain management.
- Technical design, implementation sequencing and migration planning.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, delivery partners and technical stakeholders across a complex delivery environment.
- Strong leadership, planning, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be heavily focused on the planning, coordination and delivery of technology infrastructure activities required to support the office relocation. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the Technology Stream and ensuring successful delivery of all technology-related outcomes.
- Defining and validating the scope of technology work required for the move.
- Developing and managing detailed delivery plans, schedules and milestones.
- Identifying and documenting the required Bill of Materials (BoM) and associated procurement requirements.
- Planning and managing technology orders while considering vendor lead times, supply chain constraints and delivery dependencies.
- Working closely with enterprise and solution architects to finalise technical designs, scope, sequencing and implementation plans.
- Coordinating and managing infrastructure activities, including:
- End User Computing (EUC) deployment and relocation activities.
- SD-WAN and network infrastructure implementation.
- Telecommunications and connectivity services.
- Technology equipment, facility readiness and associated infrastructure changes.
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
- Working closely with internal delivery teams and external delivery partners to achieve program outcomes in a timely and coordinated manner.
- Driving delivery execution, ensuring all technology components are planned, sequenced and implemented to support the overall office move objectives.
- Providing program reporting, governance updates and executive stakeholder engagement as required.
