You’ll oversee a tidy portfolio of single‑storey homes across key SOR suburbs, working with a builder known for organised systems, reliable trades, and a steady pipeline of work.

Ideal for someone stepping up from Leading Hand or Assistant Supervisor level, or a supervisor wanting more autonomy and structure.

Role Overview

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations across SOR builds
• Coordinate trades, materials, and scheduling to keep jobs moving
• Maintain quality, safety, and timelines across multiple sites
• Conduct site inspections, variations, and handovers
• Build strong client relationships throughout the build process

What You Bring

• Experience in residential construction — early‑career supervisors with WA experience encouraged
• Strong organisation and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining quality
• Solid understanding of WA building codes and construction processes
