Logistics Coordinator

About the role
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of July's global freight and logistics operations. Working closely with our freight forwarders, factories and warehouse partners, you'll help ensure inventory moves efficiently through our supply chain and arrives where it needs to be, on time and accurately.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound international freight shipments.
- Working closely with freight forwarders, factories and third-party logistics providers across Australia, the UK and the US.
- Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation.
- Monitoring shipment progress and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating wholesale and marketplace shipments, including Amazon FBA.
- Assisting with inventory reconciliations across multiple warehouses.
- Supporting continuous improvements across our logistics processes and documentation.

We're looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years' experience in logistics, freight, supply chain or a similar coordination role.
- Experience coordinating international freight and preparing shipping documentation.
- An understanding of freight forwarding and third-party logistics operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using business systems.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (desirable).
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes and international shipping requirements (desirable).
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or FBA shipments (desirable).
- Proficient Mandarin language skills to support communication with manufacturing partners and suppliers (desirable).
