About the Role
Are you a customer-focused IT Support professional with strong troubleshooting skills? We are working with a valued client seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join their team in Darwin.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering outstanding customer service, and working closely with end users in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Manage support tickets, including documentation, updates, and follow-up activities
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support processes
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various technologies
- Assist with workstation deployments, configurations, and network connectivity
- Support voice and video conferencing platforms
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver efficient IT support services
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language
- Experience working in fast-paced IT support environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Technical Experience
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Active Directory
- Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Android and Apple mobile device support
- Intune and/or SCCM
- Printer and multifunction device support
- Workstation network configuration
