At Eureka, we're redefining community living by creating welcoming, accessible communities where people genuinely belong. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, mentor and support our Park Managers across a portfolio of communities.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence and delivering strong commercial outcomes while making a genuine difference to residents' lives.

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you'll oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple communities, providing coaching, mentorship and practical support to Park Managers while ensuring each location operates safely, efficiently and delivers an exceptional resident experience.

You'll regularly travel throughout your portfolio, building strong relationships with your teams and supporting them to achieve operational, financial and resident satisfaction goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor and develop a portfolio of Park Managers across multiple sites.
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance and revenue growth.
  • Support Park Managers to achieve strong financial outcomes and manage their P&L performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews and compliance audits.
  • Build capability through coaching, training and ongoing development.
  • Provide operational support during periods of leave or staffing shortages.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve operational performance.
  • Champion a positive resident experience and foster thriving communities.

About You

You'll be an experienced multi-site operations leader who enjoys balancing commercial performance with people leadership.

You'll Also Bring

  • Experience managing multiple sites or regions within property, retirement living, hospitality, accommodation, retail or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability with a passion for developing others.
  • Commercial acumen, including budgeting, financial performance and operational reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to solve problems, prioritise competing demands and lead through change.
  • A willingness to travel regularly throughout your region.
