About the Role

The Learning and Capability Coordinator is responsible for the seamless day-to-day operational management of the Sales and Service 'Learning Lab' across both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures the efficient scheduling and coordination of learning activities, availability of learning content and resources, and accurate record-keeping to support the capability development of Sales and Service teams.

Position Accountabilities

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for the seamless coordination and operational management of the Learning Lab. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Keep things on track — develop and maintain accurate timetables and schedules for all Learning Lab activities, sessions, and programs
  • Set the stage for learning — coordinate and book training rooms and facilities, ensuring they're prepared and equipped for every session
  • Be the content custodian — make sure all learning materials and resources are up-to-date, available, and ready to go when they're needed
  • Own the records — maintain comprehensive, accurate records of Learning Lab activities, attendance, and outcomes in line with our organisational policies
  • Connect the dots — collaborate with our Learning & Development specialists and content owners to align operational delivery with learning objectives
  • Be the go-to person — act as the primary point of contact for Learning Lab participants and facilitators on all things scheduling, rooms, and resources
  • Drive continuous improvement — spot opportunities to make things more efficient and recommend enhancements to how we operate
  • Do the right thing — adhere to all relevant compliance and governance procedures for training delivery and record-keeping

What experience you’ll bring;

Essential

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Sales and Service or equivalent role
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in general administration
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • A superior eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to work autonomously and stay focused without constant direction

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a coordination role within a Learning and Development environment
