Civil Site Supervisor - Concrete Remediation (FIFO 2:1)

We're partnering with a specialist civil contractor to recruit a Civil Site Supervisor for an immediate-start FIFO opportunity on a long-term maintenance framework with a tier-one mining client.

This role will see you leading a crew of approximately

10 personnel delivering concrete remediation works by relining railway culverts across remote WA mine sites.

The Role

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you'll take ownership of daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Due to the remote nature of the project, you'll be a proactive leader with excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.

This is a 4-year framework agreement, providing genuine long-term stability with excellent career opportunities beyond the initial project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of around 10 personnel on remote mine sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily remediation activities.
• Oversee concrete mixing, pumping and placement operations.
• Ensure all quality control requirements are met.
• Maintain high safety and environmental standards.
• Liaise with project management, engineers and client representatives.
• Drive productivity while solving day-to-day site challenges proactively.

About You

• Experience supervising civil construction, concrete remediation or maintenance projects.
• Shotcrete and/or concreting experience.
• Familiarity with concrete pumping systems (highly regarded).
• Strong planning, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in remote mining environments.
• Current Rio Tinto inductions (highly desirable for an immediate start).
• Section 26 qualification (beneficial but not essential).
• White Card, First Aid and a current driver's licence.
