Hospitality Manager - General Public Kiosks & Bars
Working in the Retail Hospitality Team that oversees all general public kiosks and bars on major event days. This position reports to the Retail Operations Manager and works alongside other Hospitality Managers within the department. Join our team and lead retail hospitality operations during some of the biggest events in town! As a Hospitality Manager, you will supervise the wider Retail Hospitality team in thriving in high-pressure environments while delivering exceptional service to meet the expectations of our guests at Adelaide Oval.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and role model exceptional service across event-day retail operations
- Build a positive, engaged, casual workforce culture that drives performance and retention
- Coach and support teams on the floor, responding to service challenges in real time
- Partner with kitchen and workforce teams to ensure seamless, high-volume delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement through post-event insights and team feedback
