About The Opportunity

Because the demand for premium climate control solutions is growing exponentially, we are always looking for exceptional talent to join our Service Operations teams across Australia.

This is an open invitation for qualified, forward-thinking HVAC Service Technicians to express their interest in future and immediate openings. Whether you are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, or regional hubs, we want to connect with you.

Drawing on the stability of a global giant, you will play a pivotal role in providing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to our residential and commercial customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced on-the-road role where you will be treated as a true technical expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Diagnostics: Diagnose HVAC system performance through structured testing and observation using modern service manuals and diagnostic logic.
• Quality Repairs: Service, repair, and install commercial and domestic air-conditioning systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Customer Excellence: Liaison with dealers, end-users, and contractors, providing clear explanations of work performed to maintain Daikin’s premium reputation.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to WHS protocols, electrical safety (LOTO), and safe refrigerant handling at all times.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain highly precise service records, parts procurement, and digital documentation within our ServiceMax platform.

About You

To excel in our technical team, you will bring a proactive attitude, strong diagnostic logic, and the following credentials:

• Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Trade Certification.
• Valid Refrigerant Handling License (CFC) and a Disconnect/Reconnect (Restricted) Electrical License.
• Current Australian Driver’s License and a willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Ability to provide or obtain a National Police Check, White Card, Working with Children Check, or Defence Cleared Access Card (DCAC) if required by local state legislation or specific commercial sites.
• Strong technical background in HVAC troubleshooting (experience with Daikin products is highly desirable but not essential—we will train you!).
