Change Manager (12-month Contract)

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a Change Manager to join the team on a 12-month contract.

About The Opportunity

Join SkyCity during an exciting multi-year transformation program where you will play a key role in enabling organisation-wide change. Working with senior leaders, program stakeholders, and cross-functional teams including Risk, Gaming, Financial Crime, and People & Culture, you will lead strategic change initiatives that impact systems, processes, and ways of working across the business. You will develop and deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and adoption activities to support successful implementation, benefits realisation, and the transition of initiatives into business-as-usual operations.

About You

You are an experienced Change professional with a strong track record of delivering complex organisational change initiatives and embedding sustainable outcomes. With 6+ years of professional experience, including dedicated change management roles, you excel at influencing senior stakeholders, building strong relationships, and navigating competing priorities in fast-paced environments. You bring expertise in change impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption planning, along with strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within regulated environments such as gaming, financial services, risk, compliance, or government is highly regarded, as is experience applying recognised change frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin. A relevant qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, Change Management, or a related discipline will be well regarded.
