As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in securing new projects by preparing accurate and competitive tenders from concept through to submission. Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams, you'll be involved in pricing, subcontractor engagement, value engineering and tender strategy across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop winning tender strategies.
• Assist with budgeting, cost planning and handover to project delivery teams.

About You

• Experience as an Estimator within commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of local subcontractor and supplier markets.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
