With a healthy pipeline of secured work and a collaborative team culture, they are seeking an experienced Civil Landscape Project Manager to support continued growth.

Your new role

As the Civil Landscape Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing civil and landscape construction projects from start to finish
  • Programming works and monitoring project performance
  • Managing budgets, forecasts and subcontractor agreements
  • Coordinating site teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing project reporting
  • Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing civil, landscape or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Experience leading site teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities
  • Sound understanding of safety, quality and environmental requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
