What You'll Be Doing
As a Claims Manager, you'll:
- Manage cases and tasks from initial intake through to resolution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Review information and documentation to assess outcomes in line with policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.
- Make informed decisions within delegated authority and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of work.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Prioritise and manage workloads to meet service standards, deadlines, and organisational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
