Our Interim Executive practice is a fast growing and highly responsive part of the firm. We connect experienced executives with organisations that need immediate leadership capability during periods of change, transformation, transition or growth.

Reporting to the Partner and Interim Executive Practice Lead, you will work closely with senior executives, candidates and clients to identify and engage high-calibre executive talent, manage fast moving and often confidential appointment processes, build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and help develop new client opportunities. This is a highly responsive role where priorities can move quickly. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple assignments at once and moving confidently between candidate engagement, client management and business development.

Success will come from your ability to build relationships, understand client needs and identify opportunities to add value. You will bring strong commercial and/or sales acumen, sound judgement and composure, together with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or business development. Most importantly, you will enjoy building relationships, solving senior talent challenges and working at pace.
