Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Resourcing & Mobilisation Specialist to join our Perth-based team in Burswood. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies and building strong candidate relationships from attraction through to onboarding. While mobilisation forms part of the role, the primary focus is recruitment. You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational stakeholders to identify, attract and secure quality candidates across a range of village services positions, supporting some of Australia's largest remote workforce operations. Working alongside an experienced recruitment and workforce planning team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio while enjoying the stability, collaboration and work-life balance.

The Opportunity
As a Resourcing & Mobilisation Specialist, you'll manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage while supporting key mobilisation activities to ensure successful candidate commencements. You'll recruit predominantly for village services roles including Utilities, Housekeepers, Kitchen and Catering personnel, supporting operations across multiple FIFO sites. This role will suit someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys juggling competing priorities and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational roles
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce requirements
- Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Coordinate offers of employment and pre-employment documentation
- Support mobilisation activities including medical bookings, document collection and candidate compliance checks
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment campaigns as required
About You
You're an organised and proactive recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You understand the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience while balancing multiple vacancies, competing priorities and tight timeframes. Whether your experience comes from agency recruitment, labour hire, hospitality recruitment, internal talent acquisition or workforce mobilisation, you're confident managing recruitment processes and taking ownership of outcomes.
You Will Have
- Minimum two years' recruitment experience
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong candidate management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience conducting candidate screening and interviews
- Confidence managing recruitment administration and compliance requirements
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Highly Regarded
- Experience recruiting for hospitality, village services or blue-collar workforces
- Exposure to FIFO, resources, shutdown or workforce mobilisation environments
- Experience coordinating onboarding, mobilisation or compliance processes
- Experience using recruitment and workforce management systems
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
