Product Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Product Coordinator to join our Product and Design team.

At ISC Sport, we design and manufacture high-performance teamwear trusted by teams at every level. Through our partnership with Under Armour, our Product and Design team is now integrated into a global product development network - creating a unique opportunity to work alongside industry-leading specialists and help bring innovative, purpose-built apparel to market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of product development, ensuring information, samples and workflows are managed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assist with sourcing and development
• Coordinating product data, samples and development timelines
• Managing supplier communication and approvals
• Supporting costing, sourcing and development tracking
• Maintaining accurate documentation (tech packs, specs, approvals)
• Ensuring clear visibility across development milestones
• Develop and maintain accurate product information across platforms and outputs

Working closely with Design, Technical, Sales and offshore suppliers, you’ll help ensure projects stay organised, on schedule and delivered to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-years’ experience in a Product Coordinator or a similar role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and administration capability
• Comfortable working across systems, data and product information platforms
• Proactive, solutions-focused and a strong communicator
• Passion for sportswear and product development
