What is the role?
As the Venue Manager for our [brand] [location] venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!
You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Who are you?
- You must hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain
- You must hold a valid First Aid + CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain
- A hands on & effective manager with experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- An astute operator with strong skills in the effective financial management of a venue
- Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone you serve leaves smiling
