Position Title: Pharmacist Intern

Location: Pharmacy, Toowoomba Hospital, Toowoomba, Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service

Remuneration: Multiple temporary full time positions for 12 months, $79,051 - $116,189 per annum (plus superannuation and leave loading benefits), (HP3)

Every Day, You’ll Contribute By

• Supporting the safe and timely supply of medicines that help patients receive the right treatment when they need it.
• Partnering with pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication use and improve patient outcomes.
• Building your clinical capability through medication reviews, patient education and participation in a structured intern program.
• Contributing to service improvements, education activities and quality initiatives that strengthen patient care across the health service.
