Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account strategies across a portfolio of major clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships across key customer organisations
  • Driving revenue growth within existing accounts while identifying new project opportunities
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to customer needs
  • Leading tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract outcomes
  • Maintaining strong on-site presence with customers across Brisbane and broader QLD
  • Collaborating internally with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and industry exposure.

Key attributes include:

  • Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within construction, civil, industrial, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and influence commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing tenders, contracts, and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • High levels of energy, urgency, and accountability in your approach

With continued investment in key markets and long-term client relationships already in place, the business is now looking to strengthen its major accounts capability across SEQ.

  • $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Super + Annual Bonus Incentive
