We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about developing people, maintaining high culinary standards and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our kitchens while delivering memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of our kitchens.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of chefs and apprentices to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across all outlets.
• Assist with menu development, stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and kitchen standards.
• Contribute to the long-term growth and success of our culinary operations.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to source quality ingredients at the best value.
