- About the role: Our services are tailored to suit the needs of our clients and may include:
- Personal Care
- Companion Care
- Domestic Assistance
- In-Home Respite
- Transportation
- Meal Preparation
- Dementia Care
- Social Support (including shopping assistance and outings).
- We are looking for Home Care Workers who can work in the Moreton region – Burpengary, Deception Bay, Rothwell, North Lakes, Kippa-Ring, Keperra, Sandgate, and:
- Have a genuine interest and respect for our diverse senior community’s unique personalities, history and values.
- Possess a compassionate, empathetic, kind and caring nature.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
- Are self-motivated with a positive work ethic, committed to delivering client-focused care in the comfort of their homes.
- Display a warm and friendly attitude, consistently reliable and always honest.
- Adhere to safe work practices and understands and respects professional boundaries.
- Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, and Social Support, or relevant experience in residential facilities.
- A current driver’s license
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children (Blue Card)
Note: Candidates without the relevant qualifications will be eligible for In-home Domestic Worker roles.
