About the Role
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Camberwell, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care.
You Will
- Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
- Oversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
- Manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership team
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and team development
