Admin Analyst

Location: Goulburn, NSW (On-site)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Engineering Graduate / Data Analyst to join our client's team in Goulburn. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and supporting operational decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with SQL databases to extract and analyse data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver insights.
• Identify trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data quality.

Key Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mandatory).
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Goulburn, NSW.
