The Role

As a Casual Team Member, you'll help create an environment where every customer feels welcome from the moment they enter our store. You'll:

• Create genuine connections with customers and help them find products they'll love.
• Deliver memorable shopping experiences by listening, asking questions and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Support the Cotton On Foundation by confidently sharing the impact of the projects we're proud to support.
• Replenish, merchandise and maintain store presentation so our customers can shop with ease.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and celebrate success together.
