Salary package: $141,637 - $148,403 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms: Full time, Continuing

P osition overview

Working as part of the People and Culture team, the Adviser to Staff will report directly to the Manager Injury Prevention and Wellbeing. The core work of the Adviser to Staff includes coaching and psychological counselling of staff and delivering preventative programs to teams through education, support sessions and early intervention assistance. The Adviser to Staff may also be required to provide subject matter advice to the development and implementation of safety and wellbeing projects relating to staff mental health and well-being.

Experience working within the Higher Education / Education sector will be viewed favourably, although not a pre-requisite.
