As a HR Business Partnering Consultant, youll partner with leaders to bring people strategies to life, solve meaningful workforce challenges, and help teams perform at their best. From coaching leaders through complex people matters to driving strategic initiatives and change programs, youll play a hands on role in creating positive outcomes for both people and the business. This is an opportunity to combine commercial thinking, data driven insights, and strong relationships to influence decisions and make a real impact every day.

This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders and HR specialists to deliver people initiatives that support business priorities and sustainable performance.
  • Coach leaders on people matters, providing practical advice that balances commercial outcomes, compliance, wellbeing, and employee experience.
  • Lead strategic change initiatives, managing implementation plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Analyse workforce data and insights to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend actions that improve business outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of annual people processes and key employee lifecycle activities across the business.
  • Facilitate consulting engagements to solve operational people challenges through evidence based recommendations and collaborative problem solving.
