About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and skilled team player to join our friendly and supportive branch in the Mackay Region. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the finance industry who has a genuine passion for helping people and contributing positively to a team environment where collaboration and trust are valued.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to Members. You will guide Members to successful outcomes by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services. If you already have experience in banking, this role provides a great opportunity to further develop your skills within a close‑knit team that values shared success, work‑life balance and professional growth.

This is a full‑time position based on a 38‑hour work week. The successful applicant will be required to work across our Canelands and Mount Pleasant branches as required, with the support of a strong team culture at the heart of everything we do.

  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
