Purpose

The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Carpentaria's operational support functions to ensure efficient, compliant and responsive service delivery across all program areas. The role coordinates workforce planning, rostering, business support, operational administration and reporting activities, ensuring operational teams have the workforce, systems and administrative support required to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred services.

The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership, workforce coordination or business support management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary administration and workforce teams.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, rostering and operational service delivery.
  • Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A good sense of humour!
