We are currently looking to engage an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in tendering and delivering various works packages.
The role will be offered on a Full-Time Max Term contract or Casual if preferred. Local to Karratha preferred but will consider FIFO (flights from Perth) for the right candidate.

Key functions of the role
- Review and interpret design plans to ensure compliance with structural and material specifications.
- Assist in estimating cost implications of design, location, and environmental factors.
- Assist in completion of tenders for new works packages.
- Supervise site preparation and works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing.
- Monitor quality control, conducting tests like slump and compressive strength to ensure concrete meets standards.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by enforcing site safety protocols and adhering to building codes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project managers, to maintain workflow and timelines.
- Document and report progress, test results, and any deviations from plans for accountability and future reference.
What will set you up for success
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering as a minimum
- Proven experience in a similar civil construction infrastructure role
- Proven experience contributing to successful tendering practices
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
