We have two exciting opportunities to join our Performance Partnering team as a P&C Performance Advisor, with one position based at Sydney Olympic Park, NSW and one position based in Hobart, TAS

As a P&C Performance Advisor, you’ll provide responsive, practical and commercially focused People & Culture support to Leaders and team members across an allocated portfolio. Working closely with our Senior P&C Performance Partners, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day people matters, employee relations case management and building Leader capability.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor looking to build their partnering capability, gain exposure across a diverse business and work alongside experienced P&C professionals in a collaborative team.

What will you be responsible for?

You’ll partner with Leaders and the broader P&C team to:

  • Provide practical and consistent advice across day-to-day people matters, policies, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation

  • Support employee relations matters, preparing high-quality documentation and identifying when risk requires escalation

  • Coach Leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people matters and effective conversations

  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships through responsive, professional and commercially focused support

  • Contribute to P&C programs, projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement across our ways of working

What are we looking for?

You’ll bring experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, with exposure to supporting Leaders across operational people matters.

You’ll also bring:

  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and HR policies

  • Experience supporting employee relations matters and preparing employment documentation

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

  • Sound judgement and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm and composed when navigating sensitive matters
