Senior SuccessFactors Functional Consultant - Time Tracking

A leading Australian financial institution is seeking a hands-on Senior SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to deliver a fresh implementation of the Employee Central Time Tracking module.
This is end-to-end delivery work: from discovery and design workshops through build, configuration, testing, and go-live support. You'll design time tracking and attendance solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing Payroll and HR operations, ensuring accurate time capture, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking, including time recording methods, day models, time valuation, and work schedule management
- Translate business requirements and operational constraints into clear EC Time Tracking configuration and design specifications
- Configure time tracking profiles, day models, time types, and recording variants; validate holiday calendars and work schedules
- Partner with Payroll and technical teams to ensure time data flows correctly downstream and integrates with existing systems
- Design and lead integration and UAT cycles, including complex time tracking scenarios and payroll cut-off testing
- Facilitate design workshops and fit-to-standard sessions; provide clear options and trade-offs to HR, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders
- Lead or support cutover planning and provide hands-on hypercare support post-go-live
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors and/or Core HR implementations
- Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Employee Central Time Tracking implementations
- Deep expertise in time tracking configuration, time valuation, day models, and recording methodology
- Strong HR operations knowledge (leave administration, attendance management, manager and employee self-service)
- Demonstrated capability managing multi-location deployments and complex regulatory or operational variations
- Experience integrating time tracking with payroll and downstream reporting systems
- Hands-on builder mindset; able to work embedded with client teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
