This internship is designed to provide a practical introduction to all there is to know about IT support. No technical experience is required!

In this internship, you will receive ongoing personal mentoring and coaching to develop a solid understanding of IT support and develop skills for any future role in the IT sector.

You will learn how to:

  • Administer and manage software.
  • Create and remove user accounts
  • Build and deploy computers to meet client requirements.
  • Respond to clients' IT-related alerts and resolve their technical issues.
  • Triage and assign incoming tickets through our ticketing system.
  • Solve “Fast Track” tickets (common, well documented requests) for our clients. deliver exceptional customer service and technical support over phone and email. deliver IT support best practices (ITIL V4)

Requirements

  • IT related Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills. Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Engaging personally that reflects through your communication. Excellent phone manner under pressure.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Customer service experience.
