POSITION OVERVIEW

The Content, Digital & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating Hickory’s content, digital and events program to support brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and business growth. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners, the role develops and delivers high quality content, manages digital communication channels and coordinates events that showcase Hickory’s people, projects and expertise. Through effective campaign delivery and strong brand stewardship, this position plays an important role in strengthening Hickory’s market presence and fostering meaningful connections with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to business priorities, ensuring a regular flow of project, people and brand content.
  • Create and publish engaging content across digital channels including website, social media, email marketing and internal communications platforms.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events, managing logistics, suppliers and event execution from concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns, working with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage and optimise digital channels, including website, social media, eDM and intranet platforms, to improve engagement and performance.
  • Source content, stories and visual assets from across the business and coordinate external suppliers such as photographers and videographers.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on content, digital and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion brand consistency by providing guidance and support to internal teams on brand standards and communications.
