The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused professionals who would be keen to contribute to our Partnerships channel in a hands-on, relationship-driven role.

As a Partnerships Specialist, you would support third-party partners, their teams and customers, helping to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience while strengthening advocacy for the bank. Working closely with internal teams, you’d play an important role in day-to-day operations, process improvements, and risk awareness.

While this is not a current vacancy, this EOI will help us identify and stay connected with talent for upcoming opportunities.

What You Could Be Doing

• Supporting partnership operations, including account origination and customer management
• Acting as a key point of contact for partners, customers and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Identifying and escalating risks and supporting strong compliance practices
• Managing incidents and complaints in line with established processes
• Collaborating across teams to deliver shared outcomes

What You’ll Bring

We’re interested in hearing from people who are organised, proactive and focused on delivering great customer outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in retail banking or financial services (desirable)
• A background in customer service and relationship management
• An understanding of risk and compliance in a banking environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good planning, attention to detail and confidence using systems
