Fund and Client Reporting Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Investments team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This team delivers client and fund reporting across Investments Pacific, including client performance reports, fact sheets and quarterly reports alongside other client facing deliverables. In this role, you will lead end-to-end reporting delivery, work closely with internal and global stakeholders, and help shape the future of our reporting roadmap You will also play a key part in ensuring our delivery is robust - strengthening controls, process and delivery efficiency across onshore and offshore workstreams.

We will count on you to

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of client and fund reporting across Mercer Investments, including the regular reporting schedule
  • Partner with client-facing, technical and enabling teams to deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting
  • Manage and develop a team of technical and delivery specialists to support high-quality outcomes
  • Build effective relationships across the global Mercer business to support client and market-facing reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology use and offshore delivery to increase efficiency and reduce operating risk
  • Provide guidance and subject matter input to the Investments Operating Office leadership team and broader business as required

What you need to have

  • Relevant undergraduate qualification
  • Demonstrated experience leading reporting, project delivery or transformation in a complex environment
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective working relationships across local and global teams
  • Technical investment writing capability, with the ability to prepare and present content clearly for external stakeholders
