An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join one of Australia's leading Commercial Disputes practices, working on complex, high-value litigation and investigations for a sophisticated domestic and international client base.

This is a role for an ambitious disputes lawyer looking to work on strategically significant matters alongside highly regarded practitioners, while continuing to develop within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Opportunity

You will work across a diverse range of complex commercial disputes, including:

  • Large-scale commercial litigation
  • Regulatory investigations
  • High-value and strategically significant disputes
  • Cross-border matters involving Australian and international clients
  • Matters requiring close collaboration across multiple practice groups

You'll have the opportunity to take a lead role on matters, develop strong client relationships and continue building your profile within one of Australia's premier disputes practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience at Senior Associate level in Commercial Disputes
  • Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm
  • Strong technical litigation skills and commercial judgement
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy preparation and client management abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to practice

Experience gained in the UK or US, particularly involving large-scale regulatory matters or white-collar crime, will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
