This is an opportunity for someone who loves turning ideas into reality.
We're looking for a hands-on Product Lead who enjoys getting close to customers, identifying unmet needs, designing programs and service offerings, and then working through the detail to bring them to market. You'll be equally comfortable shaping a concept, building a business case, running a pilot and refining the offer based on real-world feedback.
Most importantly, you'll help create products and programs that drive customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying customer, market and commercial opportunities within aged care and healthy ageing
- Designing and developing new products, programs and service offerings from concept through to launch
- Working directly with customers, clinicians, providers and operational teams to validate needs and test solutions
- Building pilots, minimum viable products and new service propositions that can scale
- Translating insights and feedback into practical improvements and new revenue-generating opportunities
- Taking a hands-on role in delivery, solving problems and removing barriers to execution
- Partnering across strategy, operations, clinical and technology teams to bring ideas to life
- Measuring outcomes, customer value and commercial performance to guide ongoing investment decisions
What you'll bring
- Experience designing, building and launching products, programs or service offerings—not just managing existing ones
- Strong customer-centred design and problem-solving capability
- A demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept through to implementation and scale
- Commercial acumen and a focus on delivering growth, adoption and measurable outcomes
- A bias for action and willingness to work through ambiguity to get things done
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, health services, insurance, wellbeing or adjacent industries is valuable, but not essential
