Our client

Our client is a for-purpose organisation providing high-quality learning within education. They are committed to strengthening learning outcomes for all students, free from prejudice and systemic barriers, to create the conditions for quality through this exciting next phase of state-wide growth.

The role

Reporting to the Department Director, this role will work organisation-wide to conceptualise, develop and deliver both traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Working with a new, forward thinking marketing strategy for the organisation, you will have the opportunity to create unique campaigns across a vast array of campuses state-wide.

This is an opportunity to continually adapt an ever-evolving brand, prioritising innovative marketing support, and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team. In addition to this, you will develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar and be responsible for portals which can support briefs from internal stakeholders.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for the following:

  • End to end management of all digital marketing including SEO/SEM and support social media content
  • Multi-channel campaign development and management
  • Campaign reporting and budget coordination
  • Manage online portals including family communication and prospective enrolments
  • Strengthen and drive engagement of the brand

Our client offers a very flexible and hybrid work environment, currently with two days in the office (Northern Suburbs) and flexibility working remotely up to three days.

Skills and experience

The Marketing Specialist is an important role, showcasing the brand and continued commitment to learning. You will bring your extensive marketing brand, campaign and digital knowledge to drive the strategy. With the ability to work autonomously, you will also be supported by a talented and fresh marketing and communications team.

In addition to this, you will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar field experience
  • A strong track record of developing multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated brand management experience (preferably across multiple venues/sites)
  • The ability to manage external suppliers including digital, agency and brand where required
  • Strong data analysis, CRM management and reporting
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience working directly with MailChimp, Hubspot and similar platforms
  • A desire to work in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same
