Structures Foreman

A well-regarded commercial builder is seeking a Structures Foreman to oversee the structural delivery of a $30m multi level high end Aged Care development in Sandringham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation across Melbourne’s medium-density residential market, delivering high-quality projects with an experienced and supportive leadership team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the structure phase and play a key role in driving trades, safety, and quality outcomes on site.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
• Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
• Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance

About You

• Must have proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects for a head contractor
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
